Welcome to MTsensei, an esports coaching and training platform operated by Mena Titans ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our desktop application, website, services, and any content, features, or tools provided through MTsensei (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using MTsensei, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MTsensei. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of MTsensei, you are required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. License to Use MTsensei

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the MTsensei desktop application for personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

MTsensei offers paid subscription plans. Payments are processed securely via Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle’s Terms of Service and authorize recurring charges unless you cancel.

You can view and manage your subscription through your MTsensei account or the Paddle checkout system.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Paddle’s terms. If you believe you were charged in error or require assistance, please contact our support team or Paddle directly.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content (e.g., session notes, video uploads) you create or upload within MTsensei. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for operating and improving the Platform. You agree not to upload any offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material you don’t have permission to use.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the application.
• Share your account credentials or sublicense access.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology on the Platform (excluding your User Content) are the property of Mena Titans or our licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without our written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or acted inappropriately. You may also terminate your account at any time via your account settings.

10. Disclaimers

MTsensei is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mena Titans will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use MTsensei.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of any material changes by posting an update on our website or within the app. Continued use of MTsensei after changes are made means you agree to the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
