  • All purchases of coaching sessions, courses, subscriptions, and digital products are final and non-refundable except as outlined below.




  • Refunds are provided only in exceptional cases, such as technical issues preventing access to purchased content or service failures on our part.

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.




  • Submit your refund request via email at support@menatitan.com, including:




    • Your full name




    • Order number or transaction ID




    • Reason for the refund request




    • Relevant supporting details or evidence (e.g., screenshots of issues)






3. Refund Conditions


We may consider refunds if:




  • You have been charged more than once for the same service or product (duplicate payment).




  • The purchased service or product is significantly different from its description or is defective and cannot be corrected.




  • You experience persistent technical issues that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.




Refunds will not be issued for:




  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the content or coaching style.




  • Failure to attend scheduled coaching sessions without prior notice.




  • Partial use or partial completion of courses or sessions.




  • Violation of platform policies or terms of use.




4. Refund Process and Timeline




  • Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method.




  • Refunds may take up to 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.




5. Cancellations and Rescheduling




  • You may cancel or reschedule coaching sessions by notifying the coach or platform at least 24 hours in advance.




  • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.




6. Changes to This Refund Policy


We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
